Polytechnic Admissions From July 10By akansha, Section Education
The much-awaited Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for post-SSC diploma courses in government and aided polytechnics will commence from July 10.

This year, admissions for the three-year long post-SSC diploma courses were granted at individual institute level causing much inconvenience to the students.
Over 173 unaided polytechnics with a capacity of 59,070 seats have, however, stayed out of the CAP and many of them have already begun their admission process. Students aspiring for government and aided polytechnics are required to fill online application form available on www.dte.org.in/poly2009 and take a printout of the filled form. Signed printout along with necessary documents is then to be submitted in person at Application form Receipt Centres (ARCs).
