Hi,

I want to know about the rules and regulation of PCMC while registering flat and on cancellation of the agreement.

I purchased a 2 bhk flat in wakad. Now I want to change the flat to 3 BHK, i am already done with it accept for registration of the flat. I canceled the agreement of the previous flat and a new agreement has to be made for the new flat i.e. 3BHK flat. I will have to pay the stamp duty and registartion fee for the new flat?...

I want to know if there is any provision for refunding the stamp duty and registration fee of the cancelled flat in anyway?. If it is possible to refund the amount that we paid for the 2BHK flat during agreement?.

If anybody knows about this, then please write back.
Thanks in advance
