Feng Shui Tip no. 14

Hi, interested Feng Shui Reader, welcome to the next chapter!
This time you can learn more about your main door and other doors in your house:

As mentioned in the last article, the entrance is considered as the primary mouth of the house, all other doors are smaller mouths through which the breath of Chi (like fresh air) meanders through all the rooms of your home.

If you encounter a wall right upon entering the maindoor, you'll feel blocked. Same way the energy flow is hindered. To correct this problem hang a picture with a depth and distance view to expand this area symbolically.
If a window or the backdoor is located opposite the main door, the energy flows in and on the direct way rushes out again. In order to keep the Chi in the house redirect the out-flow by a screen, a planter or a piece of furniture. If this is not possible at least hang something in the way or better in the window/backdoor, like windchime or a rainbow crystal. This encourages the Chi to meander through the room like a fresh breeze rather than moving too quickly out again.

The area around the door should be well lit and make sure that the switches are easily accessible and you don't have to tap around in the dark to find them.

Paint your entrance area in a bright sunny colour to make it more inviting, again: for yourself, for your guests - and for the energy which should flow abundantly into your home.

A happy and abundant home wishes you
