Feng Shui Tip of the Week (Feb 10 - 16, 08)

This week we will go more personalized into the Feng Shui set up of your bedroom.
As you can calculate your KUA number and find out about your personal auspicious directions for success, health, romance and personal development (see Feng Shui Tip of the Week no. 3), you can choose now the right directions for your sleeping, working and resting places like your bed, your office-table or favourite chair in the livingroom.

In no other room we spend so much time of our life as in the bedroom. This should be a place of rest and recovering and therefore designed in a calm and soothing atmosphere. It should be in a quite area away from the maindoor to guarantee a restful sleep.

The sleeping position which supports you the most can be calculated by your KUA number. Sleeping with your head towards your personal health or success direction is the best position. During the sleep the new and positive energy enters your body through the crown-chakra, so it is important that your head points into these directions to receive the most benefit out of your auspicious directions.
If you are looking for a husband or wife to step into your life or you want to conceive, you can sleep towards your romance direction.

Some important points also have to be considered when setting up your bedroom, as there are: Don't sleep with your feet pointing towards the door, this is called the "coffin position", because you only leave the room in this position, when you are carried out in a coffin.
Don't have mirrors in the bedroom especially opposite the bed, it  can disturb your sleep; if so: cover it overnight with a cloth.
Don't have any water feature (a fountain or a picture of the sea) in your bedroom, as it symbolizes financial loss and as it can create problems in the relationship ... including lack of passion, because the water cools down the fire.

More about bedrooms and enhancing/maintaining a good relationship in the next Feng Shui Tip of the Week!
A sound and healthy sleep wishes you Karina S.V.
