The traffic police announced 11 temporary parking lots across the city, near to the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus stops and even some PMPML depots where people can park their vehicles and head to the Balewadi stadium.

The 11 parking lots where people can park their vehicles and take PMPML buses to reach Balewadi stadium are:

• Mahatma Gandhi bus stop parking lot at Poolgate with a capacity for parking 50 four wheelers and 100 two wheelers. People can board buses from Mahatma Gandhi bus stop.

• Government College of Engineering ground, Jangli Maharaj road, Shivajinagar with a capacity for parking 500 four wheelers and 1000 two wheelers. People can board the bus from Shimla office bus stop on Ganeshkhind road.
  
• ILS Law College, Law College Road, Deccan with a capacity to for parking 200 four wheelers and 500 two wheelers. People can board buses from Law College bus stop on Law College road.
  
• B J Medical ground, Sadhu Vaswani road with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 500 two wheelers. People can board buses from GPO bus stop.
  
• Khadki Circus ground with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 500 two wheelrs. People can board buses from Khadki post office bus stop on old Pune Mumbai road.
  
• Kothrud, PMPML bus stop parking lot in Bhusari colony with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 400 two wheelers. People can board buses from PMPML bus stop.
  
• Deccan, Shirole Bhavan parking lot with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 400 two wheelers. People can board the buses from bus stop at Deccan.
  
• Swargate, Chattrapati Shahu Maharaj bus terminus parking lot with a capacity for parking 50 four wheelers and 300 two wheelers.
  
• Katraj, PMPML bus stop parking lot with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 200 two wheelers. People can board the buses from PMPML bus stop at Katraj.
  
• Nigdi, PMPML's Bhakti Shakti bus stop parking lot with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 500 two wheelers.
  
• Pimpri, HA factory ground on old Pune Mumbai highway with a capacity for parking 100 four wheelers and 500 two wheelers. People can board buses from HA factory bus stop on old Pune Mumbai road. The traffic police have informed that the people attending the opening ceremony on October 12 should reach the stadium before 4 p.m. to avoid inconvenience.
