The Energy From People Around Us, Effects Our Energy Fields. This Influence Our Responses And Health

Energy is all pervasive in the universe. It connects all of us to each other and to things. Even though we remain oblivious to the fact, energy is constantly entering and leaving our beings.

As energy becomes more subtle it becomes more pervasive. The energy of the body is not as fine as the energy of the breath.

The energy of thought is even subtler and emanates from pure consciousness which makes it the most pervasive. Energy always carries a charge.

Similar charges attract each other which is why anger incites anger and trust begets trust.

Energy is communicative. The energy surrounding us whether from our house or from the people enters our energy fields and auras. This can influence our responses and physical health.

A low energy system can drain a person with a high level of energy. An optimistic person, if unaware of how to protect himself can be drained by a person with a depressed outlook.

Clear the environment of your home/workplace of negative energy and fill it with positive energy. Survey your house inside out, look in the cupboards and on the shelves and take a stock of all the unnecessary junk that you have been storing away indefinitely. Periodically check and remove such clutter and give it to someone who can put it to good use.

Remove cobwebs and dust in nooks and corners. These are areas where the energy in a house tends to become stagnant. Open all doors and windows to allow air and sunlight and circulate energy. Swab the floor with water to which some crystals of sea salt or sandalwood oil have been added.

Burn incense to clear negative energy. Melodious and rhythmic sounds balance energies and restore harmony. Music and bells are also very effective. Keeping fresh flowers is conducive to energy flow rather than artificial or withered ones.

Some frequency of negative thoughts like irritation and impatience is natural and unavoidable. Visualise a radiant white light circulating in the house and replace all jarring energy with love and forgiveness. You will realise that these small steps will clear your living environment and charge it with life enhancing positive force.
