These are the few things I have added. There are many more. Till the time you get the possession and make a full payment builder will be very good good.... with you.  Once you paid the amount and got the possession then we will see your views about him.

1. They told me that the Approach road to the site, Baner-Pashan Link Road shall be complete by Dec 2005. That was a big lie to sell their flats. Till today the road is not even taken up for construction/tarring.
   
2. The construction speed of the Tulip and orchid buildings was also very slow and the builder is not at all bothered about this. People got possession of the flat more than a year latter.

3. The site supervisors/engineers are freshers and the construction of the buildings is at the mercy of these inexperienced people.

4. The construction quality of the building is very poor. The flats have developed innumerable cracks and the builder just refuses to attend once possession is given.

5. The builder hasn't provided all the amenities that he has promised in the agreement or brochure and any enquiry about the same is carefully ignored.

6. Some flats have developed leakages, cracks which are of grave nature, but the builder refuses to acknowledge any of these.

7. People who have booked in parking lots by paying almost a lakh rupees haven't been yet allocated parkings even after 1.5 years of possessions.

8. The lifts installed by the builder are of sub-standard nature, you feel like risking your life when u travel through them.
