Not sure about others but DO NOT even consider 'Shree Bal Developers' in Pune - very rude and unprofessional people.

This is Saurabh Sawant . I am looking for a 2 BHK flat in areas like Baner, Pashan, Sus road, Pimple Saudagar ,

Mukund Nagar, Aundh (and its near by area). Appx area should be 700-900 sq ft(carpet area). preferably with a

attached small private terrace(optional).

I am mostly interested for those schemes whose contruction has just started(initial phase).
Also for new construction(preferred) or resale (construction should be less that 2-3 years).

I am not keen to have possession right now. It can be later , by May 2008

I have bought 1 Developed Land at Kirti Elegant & 3 Farm House Lands (Kirti Classique, Kirti Hill View, Kirti Greens). I didn't have any issues with them as yet.
